RSA APJ Virtual Conference: A PreviewOrganizers Describe Educational Opportunities
Linda Gray Martin and Britta Glade, organizers of the three-day RSA APJ Conference that starts July 15, describe their efforts to create a virtual event to replace the usual gathering and provide an overview of educational content.
"It has been an interesting learning curve for us as we put together our first virtual conference," says Martin, senior director and general manager of RSA conferences.
The virtual event includes sessions on the "human element" of cybersecurity, threat intelligence sharing, the "zero trust" model, digital transformation and many other hot topics, says Glade, director of content and curation for RSA conferences.
In this video interview, Martin and Glade also discuss:
- What to expect from RSA's first virtual conference;
- The technical and interpersonal leadership development themes of the event;
- The educational opportunities for attendees.
As senior director and general manager of RSA conferences, Martin is responsible for conference strategy and architecture, marketing, and management of vendors and keynote programs.
Glade, the director of content and curation for RSA conferences, previously headed analyst relations for RSA. In 2014, sheas recognized as one of the top 10 analyst relations professionals by the Institute of Analyst Relations Professionals.
