"Digital transformation has driven my career, and there's room for a lot to be done here," Singh said. "Customer data is protected with many regulations in place. Hence, it needs to be stored in the right manner, should be encrypted, and the access to it should be controlled."
Singh, who received Information Security Media Group's Dynamic CISO Excellence Award in the technology innovator category, said "Now it's about building with the security, soaking it in the DNA and making it the culture."
