Phishing Attacks Get More Targeted

Ironscale's Brendon Rod Says 70 Percent of Attacks Target 10 Mailboxes at Most

To block phishing attacks and fraudsters aiming to compromise senior managers' email accounts, organizations need to pay close attention to targeted attacks.

Brendon Rod of Ironscales says that when it come to phishing attacks, the company has found that "70 percent of attacks are targeting just 10 mailboxes or less and around 30 percent are just targeting one mailbox."

In a video interview at the recent Infosecurity Europe conference in London, Rod discusses:

  • Fraud and risk reduction;
  • Business email compromise.
