“We need to look at methodologies which can make you 'cyber immune' rather than 'cyber secure,'” Kaura says. "Cyber secure is short-term, but cyber immunity can take you to a longer horizon."

In this video interview at Information Security Media Group's recent Cybersecurity Summit in Delhi, Kaura also discusses:

  • How cyber immunity differs from cybersecurity;
  • How the C-suite can influence a threat management program;
  • Challenges in implementing a "security by design" strategy.

Kaura is the general manager for the South Asia region at Kaspersky. He has more than 17 years of experience in business development, large account management, client-relationship management, strategic planning for large enterprise and BFSI deals.
