How Early-Stage Startups Plan to Use AI for Decision-Making

Early-stage startups interested in the implementation of artificial intelligence are often concerned about the policies surrounding AI use, including which types of confidential data should be withheld from large language models. While some startups are looking at automating policies, others are building platforms to test the accuracy, integrity and robustness of AI models.

The accuracy of AI is still in the "early stages," and vendors and end user organizations are building in data to test it, said Chenxi Wang, founder and general partner at Rain Capital. The venture capital firm assists its portfolio companies in "product-market fit, helping founders turn their technical ideas into usable products and gathering customer feedback to achieve the most viable product."
