"COVID-19 taught us that technology and digital transformations have become key drivers for businesses to generate revenue, and those key drivers need protection," he said. "You don't want to impact your brand. You want customers to trust you. And to do all of that, it's no longer enough to just understand technology. The primary requirement for a CISO today is to know how the business operates."
