In an interview at Information Security Media Group's recent Healthcare Security Summit in New York, Reitinger also discusses:
- DNS filtering and steps the alliance is taking to enhance DNS security;

- Why DMARC can only go so far.
Before joining the Global Cyber Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on eradicating systemic cybersecurity risks, Reitinger served as deputy undersecretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security. He also served as the first executive director of the Department of Defense's Cyber Crime Center, and as deputy chief of the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section at the Department of Justice. And he formerly served in senior cybersecurity roles at VisionSpear LLC, Sony and Microsoft.
