Greg Pridgen
Director of Operations Support for TSYS
Greg Pridgen is the Director of Operations Support for TSYS, a world leader in payment processing. He has worked in the IT field since 1981. His background includes experience in scheduling, automation, process improvement, data transmission, storage management, change and problem management, and service desk in addition to extensive operations management experience. He earned a BBA and a MS in Information Technology from Columbus State University. He is also Six Sigma trained and is ITIL certified.
